*Changelog*
Every entry here is a real change, not a roadmap item. If it's listed, you can go use it right now.
Sep 8, 2026 — Start your own copy, a public template gallery, and shareable doc links
Anyone reading a shared document can now start their own copy in one click, no signup required. Public documents are browsable at /gallery. And a doc link posted to Slack, texted, or shared on social now generates its own preview image and title — not a generic site card.
Sep 8, 2026 — Rewrote the homepage around the actual coordination problem
Less "look what the agent can do," more "here's what happens when your whole team is vibe coding and nobody split the work first." Same product, sharper pitch.
Sep 8, 2026 — Fixed a class of stale collaborative rooms
A silent write failure could leave a document's live room out of sync with what was actually saved. Fixed the failure mode instead of papering over the symptom.
Sep 7, 2026 — Document sharing and per-user identity
Open someone else's document and it now shows up in your own "Shared with me" list. Signed-in users get a stable identity across documents instead of a fresh anonymous name every time.
Sep 6, 2026 — Read-only snapshots and an owner-only lock
Push a file in from outside Campfyrr (e.g. via MCP) and it now lands as a locked, read-only snapshot instead of an editable doc pretending to be something it isn't. Owners can also lock any document to freeze it against edits.
Sep 6, 2026 — Comments, block reactions, and a command palette
Leave a comment anchored to a specific block, react to a block, and jump to any document with Cmd+K. Content search now also works from the MCP server, not just the web UI.
Sep 5, 2026 — A persistent top nav, everywhere
The documents menu and identity badge used to live only inside an open document. Now they're on every page, including the landing page and project views.
Sep 4, 2026 — Migrated persistence from local SQLite to Postgres
Moved storage to Neon Postgres so Campfyrr could actually deploy to Vercel, instead of relying on a SQLite file that only ever existed on one machine.
Sep 3, 2026 — Real-time editing got noticeably more solid
Fixed a duplicated-text bug caused by concurrent agent generations racing each other, made click-to-edit feel instant, and added a floating revision history panel.
