Glossary: the words of VibeFlock
By Soumen Sarkar · October 2026
Each word is defined once, the same way everywhere. They come from VibeFlock, the way a team of people and AI agents builds one product without anyone waiting.
- [VibeFlock](/glossary/vibeflock): VibeFlock is building one product with a team of people and AI agents at agent pace, where context travels with the work so nobody waits.
- [Area brief](/glossary/area-brief): An area brief is what a person or agent is told the first time they touch a part of the code: what's changing there now, what was decided, and what was tried.
- [Work in progress](/glossary/work-in-progress): Work in progress is work under way, shown with its plan, so others build on it rather than around it.
- [Landed](/glossary/landed): Landed means work that finished, shown with what it turned out to be compared with its plan.
- [Reasons](/glossary/reasons): Reasons are what a change is for, the calls made in it, and what was assumed, attached to the change for whoever reviews it.
- [Assumption](/glossary/assumption): An assumption is the best available answer to an unknown, stated and acted on, kept visible so anyone can correct it.
- [High-stakes assumption](/glossary/high-stakes-assumption): A high-stakes assumption is an assumption that touches data, money, access, public interfaces or deleting things, so being wrong costs more and it should be checked first.
- [Team record](/glossary/team-record): The team record is everything a team has written down that a person or agent can search before asking: decisions, rules, handoffs, assumptions and the reasons behind changes.
- [Handoff](/glossary/handoff): A handoff is what unfinished work carries for whoever continues it: what's done, what's left, the next step, and what to watch out for.
- [Correction](/glossary/correction): A correction is the fix to a wrong assumption or call, made by someone who knows better and sent back to the work that relied on it, without stopping anyone.
- [Decision](/glossary/decision): A decision is a call made in the work, recorded with its reason at the moment it is made, so it travels to everyone who touches the same ground.
- [Superseded](/glossary/superseded): Superseded describes a decision or rule that a later one has replaced: it no longer stands, but it is kept with what replaced it and why.
- [Waiting time](/glossary/waiting-time): Waiting time is the time work spends stopped for a person: from the moment a question, assumption or handoff needs someone until they act on it.
- [Rework](/glossary/rework): Rework is work done again because it was built on something wrong: a mistaken assumption, a clashing decision, or a plan that changed without anyone hearing.
- [Pick-up time](/glossary/pick-up-time): Pick-up time is how long a handoff waits between being left and someone picking it up to continue the work.
- [Activity](/glossary/activity): Activity is Campfyrr's one page per project: a read-only feed of the team's decisions, actions and status updates, each written as what happened and why it matters.
- [Multiplayer agents](/glossary/multiplayer-agents): Multiplayer agents are AI agents whose work a whole team can see, steer and build on as it happens, rather than agents only their own developer knows about.
Move as one at agent speed. Nobody waits. Add Campfyrr to Claude: it briefs every agent before it touches the code, keeps assumptions and handoffs where the team can see them, and never takes your code (what it keeps).
